Our packing standards are tough. Tough enough to withstand normal handling in a busy transit system. We guarantee it! We call it our Gator Guarantee. Here's our promise:

If the item is packed and shipped using Alligator Pack and Ship's recommended methods, and it is damaged in transit, you will be reimbursed:

• The item’s declared value (subject to the lesser of actual value, replacement or repair cost per the carriers terms).
• The full retail price you paid for packaging materials and services.
• Your cost for shipping (excluding Declared Value charges).

If the shipping carrier is UPS, FedEx, or DHL and you do not declare the value of the item at the time of the transaction and purchase Declared Value coverage for that amount, your maximum reimbursement for the item’s value is $100.

Our Gator Guarantee applies to packages:

• Packed by us, and using only new materials purchased from Alligator Pack and Ship, Inc.
• Shipped by Alligator Pack and Ship, Inc.

The Gator Guarantee does not apply to:

• Shipments that are not processed by Alligator Pack and Ship, Inc. 
• Customer-packed packages
• Items packed in materials provided free-of-charge by any carrier.
• Items shipped via Blanket Wrap Van or LTL Freight Service.
• Items excluded or restricted from transportation by our designated carrier.
